At Feehan Law Office, we recommend that clients review their Estate Planning Documents every 5 years. You’ll want to check that Executors, Powers of Attorney and Personal Health Care Agents are still who they should be. You may have an additional beneficiary to add or someone to remove. If divorce, marriage or significant health concerns have taken place in your family, you’ll need to consider some changes.
If you are a returning client who needs to make a simple update or change to their existing Will, give us a call. Maybe you need to change an executor or add a new beneficiary. For small changes like this we can take your instructions over the phone. We will then schedule a short signing meeting to active your new instructions through a Codicil.
For new clients who need to update their Wills, we like to take a few minutes to get to know you and your goals. We would be happy to meet with your, review your existing documents and prepare a new Codicil to activate the updates you need.
Please contact our office for the cost of this service.
